Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the relationship between Habibi.Marrakech and any person making a booking through the website.
The website offers tours, activities, and travel services in Morocco.
2. Booking
Bookings are made online via the website.
A booking is considered confirmed once full payment or a deposit has been received.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer with the details of the booked service.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros or Moroccan dirhams, depending on the case.
They may vary depending on the season, availability, and selected options.
4. Payment
Payment can be made online by credit/debit card via the secure platform of the Interbank Electronic Banking Center (CMI).
Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, and other cards supported by CMI.
Depending on the service booked:
- Full payment may be required
- Or a deposit may be requested
The remaining balance, if applicable, may be paid before or on the day of the service.
All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Banking details are never stored on the website.
5. Payment Security
Payments are processed directly by CMI through a secure system (SSL).
Habibi.Marrakech never has access to the customer’s banking information.
6. Cancellation
Any cancellation request must be sent by email.
General conditions:
- More than 7 days before: full or partial refund
- Less than 7 days: cancellation fees may apply
- No-show (absence on the day): no refund
These conditions may vary depending on the booked service.
7. Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, are made using the same payment method used during the booking.
Refund processing times depend on banking delays.
8. Liability
Habibi.Marrakech acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers (guides, drivers, agencies).
We cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control:
- Weather conditions
- Delays
- Force majeure
9. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws (GDPR and Moroccan Law 09-08).
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking on the website, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
